Messaging & SMS Terms

Last updated: June 2026 · Miltona LLC

Miltona LLC ("Miltona," "we," "us") provides an AI voice agent that answers inbound phone calls for small businesses and books appointments on their behalf. When a caller books an appointment, we can send a confirmation and reminder by text message (SMS). This page explains how that works, how we collect consent, and how to stop messages at any time.

What messages we send

If you give consent during a call, you may receive transactional SMS messages related to your appointment, such as:

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.

How we collect consent (verbal opt-in)

Consent is collected verbally during the phone call. After an appointment is booked, our voice agent asks the caller whether they would like a text confirmation and reminder. Only callers who verbally agree are sent SMS messages. The number used is the number the caller provides or is calling from. Below is the script our agent follows:

Verbal consent script
Agent: "Would you like a text confirmation and reminder for your appointment? I'll just confirm it's okay to text the number you're calling from."
Caller: [verbally agrees — e.g. "Yes."]
Agent: "Great. You'll receive appointment confirmations and reminders from [Practice Name] via Miltona. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for help. Your number is never shared or used for marketing."

The caller's verbal "yes" is the opt-in. Consent is recorded in Miltona's call logs.

How to opt out or get help

You can stop messages at any time by replying STOP to any text. You will receive one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt back in. For help, reply HELP or email us at ezekiel@miltona.ai.

Your consent is never shared. Mobile information and opt-in consent are never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to deliver the appointment messages described above.

Privacy

To answer calls and book appointments, Miltona handles information such as a caller's name, phone number, the business they are calling, and the details of the appointment. We use this information only to provide the service — answering the call, scheduling the appointment, and sending the confirmation and reminder you consented to.
